Influencer
A great book called Influencer: The New Science of Leading Change by Joseph Grenny, Kerry Patterson, David Maxfield, Ron McMillan and Al Switzler will help if you are looking to make a change in your organization. This book taught us about how to be specific about what we are changing by looking at the vital behaviors we need to change and the six sources of influence people have. This helped us to really narrow down and think of specific things that needed to be done in order to make a change in our organization. (Click here to see our plan)

The 4 Disciplines of Execution
The book The 4 Disciplines of Execution by Chris McChesney, Sean Covey and Jim Huling helped us to identify the WIGs (Wildly Important Goals) of our innovation plan and how to create change within the whirlwind of the day-to-day obstacles. By using the 4 disciplines (Focus on the Wildly Important, Act on Lead Measures, Keeping a Compelling Scoreboard and Creating a Cadence of Accountability) and the 5 Stages of Change (Getting Clear, Launch, Adoption, Optimization, and Habits) you will be able to promote change in your organization.
